| Findings & Recommendations: | ||||
| Inspector verified intake manifold gaskets are leaking coolant internally and externally long term. Engine oil is severly intermixed. Both cylinder heads are cracked and warped. The left side is .003" and the right side is .005" warped. The right side head gasket is blown between all cylinders. The left side head gasket is blown between #3 and 5 cylinders. All cylinders are scored and rusted. Reminant coolant in the block is water only. 2 random rod caps where pulled, both rod bearings showed signs of coolant wash. There are obvious signs of continued operation due to the severity of damage and the water found in the cooling system. Recommendations- Replace assembly with LKQ. | ||||
